After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-10 business days.
